·          Pizza fundraiser- The pizza fundraiser materials are available.  The forms will be due back to Matt by 2/3, with a projected delivery date of 2/16.  Volunteers will be needed around 5:45p.m. on delivery day to help distribute orders.  It was decided that 75% of each student’s profits from their sales will be placed in their accounts, with the remaining 25% going to the Uniform Fund.

·          Lock-in- The preferred date for the lock-in/scavenger hunt (Pola-rally) will be Friday, January 7th, with a make-up date of January 14th.  Robin will have the keys for the Scout Center.  A volunteer list was drafted for chaperones and Pola-Rally drivers.  Walter will follow-up with an email for additional drivers and a clean-up crew for the morning.  We will begin the clean-up process around 6:15 a.m., with a pick-up time of 7 a.m.

New Business

·         Jazz Social-   Discussions continued around ideas for the Jazz Social.  We will look into providing free admission with one adult ticket for 8th grade band members.  It was mentioned that we should look into inviting school administration to the social as well.  Fundraising ideas included basket raffles and corsage sales.  The Jazz Social program will recognize our sponsors and benefactors.
